Cheap (ish) and practical for a quick stay.
Easy access to Tsing Yi MTR with cheap green bus $4 pp one way. There’s a supermarket and 7/11 in the basement which is handy. Fridge and kettle in the room were handy too.
Can be full of noisy Chinese tourists yelling down corridors all hours checking in or out. They only gave us tiny hand towels when we arrived, no good for a shower. The triple room was tiny and cramped but clean. You get what you pay for: clean and convenient but no frills.

The location is okay. There are stores and restaurants in the building. There is also a bus station nearby.
The room was not so clean which I thought would be since their reception looked decent. The was not much plug sockets. No coffee nor tea but there was an electric kettle which was leaking. Workers also talks so loudly when it’s cleaning time. There was also just one very thin pillow for each person.
